Ensure hair is about a quarter-inch long and clean, dry, and oil-free. Avoid exfoliating or tanning 24–48 hours before. Inform us about medications, retinol use, or skin concerns prior to your visit.

Yes—sensitive skin can be waxed, but we recommend a patch test and gentle hard or low-temperature soft wax. We’ll use calming pre- and post-care products and tailor technique to minimize irritation or redness.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy exercise, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing, fragrance-free moisturizer and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours. If bumps or irritation persist, contact us for guidance.
