Ideally hair should be about 1/4 inch (6–7 mm) long so the wax can properly grip the follicles. If too short, wait a week; if very long, we’ll trim. Come clean, gently exfoliated skin for best results and comfort.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first appointments, but our estheticians use quick, precise techniques and soothing products to minimize pain. Breathing, relaxing, and pre-treatment numbing options are available on request. Pain typically decreases with continued regular waxing.

Yes, you can usually receive a Full Bikini Wax during light flow, but many prefer scheduling outside heavy days. Use a tampon and bring a sanitary pad if needed. If bleeding is heavy, we may recommend rescheduling for hygiene and comfort reasons.

Avoid shaving, tanning, harsh chemical peels, or retinoids a week prior. Exfoliate gently two to three days before appointment and arrive clean. If you’re taking blood thinners or using topical prescriptions, inform us so we can adapt the treatment safely.

Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, sun exposure, and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours. Wear breathable cotton clothing, apply a soothing gel like aloe, and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours. Resume gentle exfoliation after two days to prevent ingrown hairs.
