Most clients enjoy between three and six weeks of smoothness, depending on individual hair growth, hormones, and care. Regular waxing can slow regrowth; schedule maintenance every four to six weeks and exfoliate gently between visits to prevent ingrown hairs.

Waxing can cause temporary redness, especially on sensitive skin, but our gentle waxes and techniques minimize irritation. Inform your technician about sensitivities, avoid retinoids and strong exfoliants beforehand, and request a patch test if concerned.

Aim for about 1/4 inch hair length for optimal removal. Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils. Exfoliate gently the day before, avoid heavy sun exposure, and tell your technician about medications or skin conditions.

Do not wax sunburned skin — wait until it heals to avoid damage. For recent tanning, especially chemical or fresh sun tans, wait 48–72 hours. If unsure, we can perform a patch test or recommend alternatives.

Yes — ideal hair length is about 1/4 inch so the wax can grip. Hair that's too short won’t be removed effectively; overly long hair can be trimmed prior to waxing. We can trim or advise on timing for best results.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use a fragrance-free moisturizer and skip harsh exfoliation for two days. Gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smoothness.
